havnt been updating for quite awhile..

accomplishments for the day:

i've been mugging for the whole day.. (okay, perhaps not exactly the WHOLE day. considering i did other stuff like bathe, eat & talk on the phone for awhile) but other then that it's been all that i've been at since.. 0930?
finished FOUR maths ppr 1s! [which took mi at least 1 and a half hr for each] & i even managed to time myself(: truely a great sense of accomplishment indeed.

okay..i think there isnt anymore to add to the list. looks like i'm not that accomplished afterall. oh, i managed to convice my mum to let mi pon school.. & it's with the sorta permission from my teacher. is that counted as an accomplishment too? haha. then again, at least 1/4 of the population in classes 02 and 03 is missing. so..yeah.

i think its abt time i got back to my books..

currently wondering how to get an MC.
woke up really late today, so i just gave up the thought of going to school.(dont be mistaken, i've never actually skipped school in all my years of going to school before)
but i dont ever wanna copy 'I will be punctual for school by 0710' another 250 times again.(if i had to copy it again today, the no of times would be increased to 500)
in my opinion(actually lots of others think so too), it's a very dumb big-waste-of-time punishment. & now i'm missing lots of free periods of chem! oh well, so much for sleeping earlier than usual last night, hoping i would be able to wake up earlier this morning.

hmm..anybody knows how to get an mc without actually being ill? everyone else who does that makes it sound so easy..but still.. i'm inexperienced at this kinda thing! so that excuse in itself is good enough.

this is madness. imagine nearly a whole company of guides emerging from a classroom with eyes swollen from crying. lol! mass crying session. well, but it's not exactly our fault..rite? we just cldnt hold our tears back. saw a really touching powerpoint slide done by our dear sec 3s, it showed the best of times we had together, the memories. honestly i think i really miss the times i had during my guiding life. even the scoldings & really long debriefs which lasted late into the nights!
each of the sec 3s gave ms leong a really pretty dark red rose. okay..& tears flowed.
i was already trying to allow the tears i held in my eyes to dry. [cuz we were gonna have the sec 1's enrolment in the parade square after that] & i didnt wanna look ridiculous with my really puffy eyes. but then jocie started to cry. okie, then it became uncontrollable. ahhhh! jocelyn see, it's all your fault! thankfully my very little amt of tears dried in time. once i walked out of the classroom, i looked like as if nth did happen.
think i have mastered the art of hiding-your-tears. wahahahas...

dont know why i'm so tired today..tried my best to keep my eyes open but couldn't. the first 2 periods were chinese, boring as usual. but as she was giving us tips about tmr's oral exam, i tried to stay awake. okay..gave in & let myself have a 5 sec nap, only to wake up to find myself seeing a double image of the teacher. hehs. continued to sleep for the first 3/4 of social studies class until the teacher finally realised.. hmm..at least i managed to stay awake for the rest of the day! (:
other than that, 'nothing much' happened today.yup.just another uneventful day.

last minute decision to take part in the 4 x 400m race with wl,carissa,& kimberly
won 2nd! (though i tink it's a bit of a disappointment..kimberly achieved her first ever NOT gold medal..i tink.)
now i finally understand the full concept of lactic acid traveling through the bloodstream when one is feels anxious, stressed or scared. lol. i was feeling all these at the same time. I had butterflies in my stomach, my legs started to feel wobbly, and I was on the verge of crying. I also asked at least 10 people the same qn: "do you believe in me?"
lol. thinkin back abt it makes me feel so dumb.
oh well.

after that went to tiong to grab a bite with 小小弟,Jmon,zhiping,GT,jw,kel ong,jocie,sam,selena,wl,hermes,elsie. [thats all i tink]
packed the food to tiong park.
was really high. had telepathy with sammi for the whole night. cool huh..

many thoughts flashing through my mind. one of them being the wonderful but extremely busy saturday. hahas. woke up early.. rush,rush,rush. went to sleep early next morning. cldnt wake up for dg. hehs.*guilty conscious*
on saturday it was practically on event after another. i dont think i've ever encountered so many continuous activities in one day before.
mi shall list to u what i did..

-woke up at 6.30
-met sam at commonwealth
-met the rest of them at mac to hav breakfast
-was just on time for sch..though jocie was scolded by chng fer being late (according to his time!) ..how ridiculous can he get?
-got on the bus to go to ghim moh(ccwa)
-had to queue to get our tins!
-took a bus with kel,airport,jw,xiao di,chooyi,marco,sam,joce to vivo
-went to bukit merah to collect more donations
-went to jocie's hse and found a corridor of ppl waitin to donate(thks auntie!)
-met junxin & rushed to queensway to return e tins
-rushed back to sch, changed into full guide uniform & boarded the bus.. just in time again!
-was being made to sing songs really loudly..all the way till we reached the indoor stadium
-sang more songs and yelled more cheers until our voices went totally hoarse..i cldnt reach the high pitches in my voice after that..
-upon reachin school, went to queenstown mrt station to change
-forgot abt the earlier sort-of-sorethroat & ate a curry puff frm 7-11
-met up with airport.kel.xiaodi to watch chingay
-decided to watch epic movie instead
-went for the post chingay party..lost jiawei who was initially tagging behind us in e crowd
-danced lyk 3 crazy gals in e middle of the road with the music blasting arnd us
-finally found darlin wl in a glittery,bright red costume! XD
-walked frm The Meridien to PS
-ate a strwberry tart! yummy..! oh..and drank jw's weird cocktail of carbonated drinks
-saw 2 eye catching words on the front of a shop window.. just cldnt miss it..
-met up with wl who had worn a white checkered vest over her costume
-went home.

well..i tink that was the fullstop to my day ^.^
